Please wear a mask or face covering to your appointment
Bring a sweater or jacket as the treatment rooms will be cooler than normal and we are not able to provide blankets at this time.
Please come alone, unless you are a minor or require assistance/caregiver to be present.
All individuals in attendance will be screened for symptoms and risk.

If you do not have a cell phone, arrangements can be made the day ahead with the receptionist.
A consent form will be forwarded the day before via email, or provided the day of your appointment.
If you are ill or have any symptoms on the form, you MUST cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date.
A staff member will take your temperature upon arrival, temperatures greater than 38 degrees, will prompt a rescheduling of appointment.
You will be escorted to your tretament room. We have sealed all rooms separately and installed zippered doors. We have HEPA air purifiers with UV-C in each room to change over and filter the air four times per hour.
Prior to your examination or treatment the ADA & C requires that patients rinse for 30 seconds with a 1% solution of Hydrogen peroxide.
We will do our best to accomodate treatment as per your scheduled appointment. Please understand if we are running late as we attempt to book appropriate time but with the added precautions we are working much slower than normal.
Your dentist and/or assistant will come into the room prior to any treatment to discuss what is happening today wearing limited PPE. Once dentist and assistant have donned their enhanced PPE it will be more difficult to converse. The enhanced PPE is for aerosol generating procedures. The PPE we are using is for the protection of both staff and patients

Reminding all our patients during this medical watch of the Coronavirus in Alberta, that Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses. Some cause respiratory illness in people, ranging from mild common colds to severe illnesses.
The best way to keep yourself healthy is to:
Wash your hands often and well
Avoid touching your face, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid close contact with people who are sick
Clean and disinfect surfaces that are frequently touched
Stay at home and away from others if you are feeling ill
When sick, cover your cough and sneezes and then wash your hands
Should you not feel well prior to an upcoming appointment, please contact our office and we would be happy to reschedule you for once you are feeling well again.
